RN DAY SHIFT

Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse (RN)!

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) looking to make a difference in the lives of seniors? Wellington Place in Decorah, IA is seeking a skilled RN to join our team for the day shift. As an RN at Wellington Place, you will have the opportunity to provide quality care to our residents in a warm and welcoming environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Assess and document residents' conditions and responses to treatments.
  • Effectively communicate with residents, families, and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Valid RN license in the state of Iowa.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards residents.
